About the position...

We are looking for a Recruiting Manager to design and oversee our company’s hiring. You will work closely with our recruiters to manage sourcing, interviewing and employment processes. As Head of Recruiting you will focus on driving accountability, shaping strategies, supporting department-wide growth and development, and team alignments. To be successful in this role, you should have a HR academic background and experience screening and evaluating candidates. You should also be knowledgeable about labor legislation as well as a team leader who is able to make effective decisions quickly. You will be responsible for ensuring we hire qualified employees to meet our company’s current and future needs.

Responsibilities:

• Managing recruitment process and updating procedures when necessary

• Experience as a Recruitment/ HR Manager
• Knowledge of the labor laws and screening
• Great leadership skills
• Effective communication skills
